Landlord’s Election. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if the Project or any portion thereof is taken by Condemnation and the portion taken does not, in Landlord's sole judgment, feasiblely permit the continuation of the operation of the Project by Xxxxxxxx, then landlord shall have the right to terminate this Lease by written notice given within thirty (30) days following the Date of Taking.
