Common use of Landlord’s Expenses; Attorneys Fees Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Expenses; Attorneys Fees. All reasonable expenses of Landlord in repairing, restoring, or altering the Premises for reletting as general office space, together with leasing fees and all other expenses in seeking and obtaining a new Tenant, shall be charged to and be a liability of Tenant. Landlord’s reasonable attorneys’ fees in pursuing any of the foregoing remedies, or in collecting any Rent or Additional Rent due by Tenant hereunder, shall be paid by Tenant.
