Landlord’s Expenses. In the event Tenant shall assign or sublet the Premises or request the consent of Landlord to any assignment or subletting or if Tenant shall request the consent of Landlord for any act Tenant proposes to do then Tenant shall pay a minimum $250.00 consent fee in addition to Landlord’s reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith, including attorneys; architects; engineers’ or other consultants’ fees.
