Landlord’s Expenses. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for a reasonable processing fee, any reasonable Out-of-Pocket Costs that Landlord incurs in connection with any proposed Transfer, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements, and the reasonable costs of making investigations as to the acceptability of the proposed Transferee, within thirty (30) days after Landlord gives to Tenant an invoice therefor together with reasonable supporting documentation for the charges set forth therein.
