Common use of Landlord’s General Conditions for Tenant’s Agents and Improvement Work Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s General Conditions for Tenant’s Agents and Improvement Work. Tenant's and Tenant's Agent's construction of the Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant's Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Improvements to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant's Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant's Agents shall use commercially reasonable efforts to adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iii) Tenant shall abide by all reasonable rules made by Landlord's Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials and any other matter in connection with this Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Improvements. Tenant shall pay a logistical coordination fee (the "Coordination Fee") to Landlord in an amount equal to Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($15,000.00), which Coordination Fee shall be for services relating to the coordination of the construction of the Improvements.
