Common use of Landlord’s Liability Limited Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Liability Limited. There shall be no personal liability of the Landlord or any member, partner, stockholder, officer, director or other principal of Landlord in connection with this Lease. Tenant agrees to look solely to the interest of Landlord in the Property (or the proceeds therefrom) for the collection of any judgment or other judicial process requiring the payment of money by Landlord in the event of any default or breach by Landlord with respect to this Lease or in any way relating to the Property. No other assets of Landlord or any principal of Landlord shall be subject to levy, execution or other procedures for the satisfaction of Tenant's remedies.
