Common use of LANDLORD'S OBLIGATION TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR Clause in Contracts

LANDLORD'S OBLIGATION TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR. Landlord shall (subject to Section 7.1, Section 7.4, Article 8 below and Landlord's rights under Section 2.2 above and except for ordinary wear and tear) maintain exterior walls, roof and load bearing elements of the Building. Except for load bearing elements of the Building located within the Premises, Landlord shall not be required to maintain or repair any portion of the Premises.

LANDLORD'S OBLIGATION TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR. Landlord shall (subject to Section 7.1, Section 7.4, Article 8 below and Landlord's rights under Section 2.2 above and except for ordinary wear and tear) maintain the exterior walls, walls and roof and load bearing elements of the BuildingBuilding in good repair and condition. Except for load bearing elements of the Building located within the Premises, Landlord shall not be required to maintain or repair any portion of the Premises.

LANDLORD'S OBLIGATION TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR. Landlord shall (subject to Section 7.1, Section 7.4, Article 8 below and Landlord's rights under Section 2.2 above and except for ordinary wear and tear) maintain exterior walls, roof and load bearing elements and Common Areas of the Building. Except for load bearing elements of the Building located within the Premises, Landlord shall not be required to maintain or repair any portion of the Premises.

LANDLORD'S OBLIGATION TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR. Landlord shall (subject to Section 7.1, Section 7.47,4, Article 8 below and Landlord's rights under Section 2.2 above and except for ordinary wear and tear) maintain exterior walls, roof and load bearing elements of the Building. Except for load bearing elements of the Building located within the Premises, Landlord shall not be required to maintain or repair any portion of the Premises.

LANDLORD'S OBLIGATION TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR. Landlord shall (subject to Section 7.18.1, Section 7.48.4, Article 8 below 9 and Landlord's rights under Section 2.2 above 3.2, and except for ordinary wear and tear) maintain exterior walls, roof and load bearing elements walls and foundation and repair or replace the roof of the BuildingBuilding when necessary (with the cost of roof repairs an Operating Expense, and charged to Tenant pursuant to Section 3.2.1. (b)). Except for maintaining the structural soundness of the load bearing elements walls and foundation of the Building located within the Premises, Landlord shall not be required to maintain or repair any other portion of the Premises.

LANDLORD'S OBLIGATION TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR. Landlord shall (subject to Section 7.1, Section 7.4, Article 8 below and Landlord's ’s rights under Section 2.2 above and except for ordinary wear and tear) maintain the exterior walls, walls and roof and load bearing elements of the Building. Except for (i) load bearing elements of the Building located within the PremisesPremises and (ii) Landlord’s other obligations as may be expressly specified in this Lease, Landlord shall not be required to maintain or repair any portion of the Premises.

Except for load bearing elements of the Building located within the Premises, Landlord shall not be required to maintain or repair any portion of the Premises.

LANDLORD'S OBLIGATION TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR. Landlord shall (subject to Section 7.1, Section 7.4, Article 8 below and Landlord's ’s rights under Section 2.2 above and except for ordinary wear and teartear and repairs that are not Tenant’s responsibility) maintain exterior walls, roof and load bearing elements of the Building. Except for load bearing elements of the Building located within the Premises, Landlord shall not be required to maintain or repair any portion of the Premises.

LANDLORD'S OBLIGATION TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR. Subject to Sections 7.1 and 7.4 and Article 8 below, Landlord shall shall, at Landlord's cost and expense (but subject to Section 7.1, Section 7.4, Article 8 below and Landlord's rights under Section 2.2 above and except for ordinary wear and tearabove) maintain and repair the exterior walls, walls and windows and roof and load bearing elements of the Building. Except for load bearing elements of the Building located within the Premises, Landlord shall not be required to maintain or repair any portion of the Premises.
