Landlord’s Option to Preserve Subtenancies. In the event of Tenant’s surrender of this Lease or the termination of this Lease in any other manner, Landlord may, at its option, either terminate any or all subtenancies or succeed to the interest of Tenant as sublandlord thereunder. No merger shall result from Tenant’s sublease of the Premises under this Section, Tenant’s surrender of this Lease, or the termination of this Lease in any other manner.
