Common use of Landlord’s Response Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Response. Landlord shall approve or disapprove the Permit Drawings within ten (10) business days after Landlord's receipt thereof, provided that Landlord's approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Landlord's disapproval shall be effected by Landlord's delivery to Tenant, within such ten (10) business day period, of a writing setting forth with specificity the reasons for such disapproval. Within five (5) business days of the receipt by Tenant of Landlord's objections, Tenant shall cause the Permit Drawings to be modified and shall deliver the modified Permit Drawings to Landlord for its approval. Landlord shall have five (5) business days from its receipt thereof to approve such modified Permit Drawings in the same manner as set forth above. This procedure shall be followed until all reasonable objections have been resolved and the Permit Drawings have been approved. The parties acknowledge that Landlord may withhold approval of any changes that impact the historical nature of the Building or any portion thereof in its sole and absolute discretion.
