Landowner's Interest. Landowner, for itself, its heirs, successors, and assigns, represents, warrants, and covenants that it is the sole true and lawful owner(s) of Landowner's Property and has full right and power to grant and convey the Easements. Landowner hereby binds itself and its heirs, assigns, devisees, successors, and legal representatives to warrant and forever defend the above-described Easements and rights, unto Company, and Company's successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof. Landowner relinquishes, releases and waives all rights of dower, homestead and distributive shares in and to the Easements.
Landowner's Interest. (a) SGD 1 represents and warrants to Council that on the date of this agreement it is the registered proprietor of Lots 19 and 40 DP 270100.
(b) SGD 2 represents and warrants to Council that on the date of this agreement it is the registered proprietor of Lot 10 DP 270100.
