Landscape and Irrigation Inspection. At the conclusion of the maintenance period and prior to Acceptance by the City, City shall inspect the landscaping and irrigation to determine the acceptability of the work, including maintenance. This inspection shall be scheduled with two (2) weeks’ notice, a minimum of ninety (90) Calendar Days after the plant maintenance period commencement, or when the Developer or Developer’s contractor notifies City that they are ready for the Final Inspection, whichever comes last. City will notify Developer of all deficiencies revealed by the Final Inspection before Acceptance.
