Common use of Landscape Architecture and Irrigation Clause in Contracts

Landscape Architecture and Irrigation. This task includes design at the 60%, 90%, and final set of plans and the following: ▪ Prepare landscape plans including street trees and water quality facility planting plans, and vegetated corridor enhancement. ▪ Landscape architecture support will be provided for stormwater treatment via xxxxxx or stormwater planters as part of landscape development, where feasible Assumption: ▪ Landscape architect shall coordinate with arborist and City staff to establish plantings.
