Common use of Landscaping Clause in Contracts

Landscaping. The Owner agrees to provide all landscaping, including any fencing, curbing, sidewalks, plantings (trees and shrubs), ground cover, and the like, as shown on the "approved site plan" or a landscape plan to be approved by the Public Works Director to the specifications and requirements as indicated thereon and to the satisfaction of the Town's Chief Building Official, acting reasonably.
