Language Ability of Superintending Staff. A reasonable proportion of the Contractor’s superintending staff shall have a working knowledge of the local language of the Site and English language, or the Contractor shall have available on site at all times a sufficient number of competent interpreters to ensure the proper transmission of instructions and information.
