Language Variation. The extended shifts will be exclusive of meal breaks. The base day for accruals will be seven-point-five (7.5) hours. Employees working extended hour shifts will have the same equivalent time off but converted to hours (i.e. 10 paid vacation days X 7.5 hours = 75 hours of vacation). Paid leaves can be taken and paid as seven-point-five (7.5) hours or the extended hour shift, at the employees’ choice. The paid day off for statutory holidays will be seven-point-five (7.5) hours.
