LANGUAGE VERSION. This Agreement is prepared and signed in English. Any arbitration tribunal or court having jurisdiction over a dispute relating to this Agreement shall interpret this Agreement based on the English version.
LANGUAGE VERSION. 15.1 The Customer hereby confirms that the Bank has explained to him and he has received and read this Addendum in a language of his choice (English or Chinese) and that the Customer understands and accepts their terms. In the event of discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail. Annexure 1 U.S. This Annexure applies in respect of Overseas Securities Services in respect of Overseas Securities listed or traded in the U.S. (and where the context so requires, includes structured products or derivative products whose underlying or reference assets are Overseas Securities listed or traded in the U.S.) ("U.S. Products"). In the event that there is any inconsistency between the Addendum for Overseas Securities Services and this Annexure, the provisions in this Annexure shall prevail in respect of Overseas Securities Services on
LANGUAGE VERSION. This Agreement is written and executed in English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency between the two language versions, the English version shall prevail.
LANGUAGE VERSION. The Customer hereby confirms that the Bank has explained to him and he has received and read these Specific Terms in a language of his choice (English or Chinese) and that the Customer understands and accepts their terms. In the event of discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
LANGUAGE VERSION. This Agreement is issued originally in German. An English version, if attached, is only a translation aid. In case of doubt, the German version alone is authoritative.
LANGUAGE VERSION. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. Should there be any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
LANGUAGE VERSION. The text of this Agreement in English, with the exception of the detailed description of the Properties marked as "[to be completed by the notary in the Polish version of the Agreement]" is attached as Schedule 18.8. The Parties agree that in the event of any discrepancies between the language versions, the English version prevails (as it better reflects the joint intent of the Parties) with the exception of the detailed Property description executed in Polish.
LANGUAGE VERSION. 23. JAZYKOVÁ VERZE
LANGUAGE VERSION. 9.1. In order to execute the rights granted by this Agreement, the Licensee shall have the right to produce a language version of the Licensed Program in the Licensed Language in a form of a voiced over, dubbed or subtitled version (“Language Version”). The Licensee shall be responsible for all the payments and other liabilities to third parties related to the production of such Language Version.
9.2. The Licensee shall retain the copyrights to the Language Version produced by the Licensee. Terms and conditions of access to the Language Version shall be determined in a separate agreement/agreement concluded between the Licensee and the Licensor or a third party, who was granted a relevant Access Letter by the Licensor.
9.3. It is acknowledged between the Parties that upon the expiration of the License Period the Licensee may retain the materials with the Language Version produced by the Licensee only to use them for the purpose of license renewal(s) and/or further exploitation in the future according to point 9.2 above.
LANGUAGE VERSION. 22.1. In the event that the Terms of Use is translated into any language other than English, the terms of the English language version shall prevail.
