Common use of Lapse of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Lapse of Insurance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, City may elect, in City’s sole and absolute discretion, to terminate this Lease upon the lapse of any required insurance coverage by written notice to Lessee.
