This agreement acknowledges financial responsibility for the lost or damaged equipment. Printing and Saving • Users need to save their data to their personal flash drive. DO NOT save anything to the laptop’s “C” drive or desktop; it will be deleted once the laptop is powered off. • Users are encouraged to save their work frequently. Battery failure may result in lost work. • Printing is NOT available with laptops. Save your work to your personal flash drive or send as an attachment to your email and use one of the public access computers in the library to print. Additional Guidelines • You may not attach unauthorized hardware* to the laptops, install your own software, or change system settings. • Neither the UAM Xxxxxx Library nor UAM are responsible for damage to personal disks or for the loss of any data during the loan period.

This agreement acknowledges financial responsibility for the lost or damaged equipment. The form will be kept on file at the Information Services Desk in the library for that current semester. Printing and Saving Users need to save their data to their personal flash drive. DO NOT save anything to the laptop’s “C” drive or desktop; it will be deleted once the laptop is powered off. Laptop Agreement. I agree that , Trade will borrow a laptop and will return it at the end of each school year in the condition received*. I understand that I am responsible for the laptop from the time it is signed out until it is returned and signed in. I also agree that I will not allow any other person to use the laptop.
