Common use of Large Items Containing Freon Clause in Contracts

Large Items Containing Freon. In the event CONTRACTOR collects Large Items that contain freon, CONTRACTOR shall handle such Large Items in a manner such that the Large Items are not subject to regulation as Hazardous Waste under applicable state and federal laws or regulations.

Large Items Containing Freon. In the event CONTRACTOR collects 936 Collects Large Items that contain freonFreon, CONTRACTOR shall handle 937 such Large Items in a manner such that the Large Items are not subject 938 to regulation as Hazardous Waste under applicable state and federal 939 laws or regulations.

Large Items Containing Freon. In the event 952 CONTRACTOR collects Collects Large Items that contain freonFreon, CONTRACTOR shall handle such 953 Large Items in a manner such that the Large Items are not subject to regulation as Hazardous 954 Waste under applicable state and federal laws or regulations.

Service shall be subject to the “Additional or Special Large Item Collection” Service Rate as set forth in Exhibit 1 or as may be adjusted under the terms of this Contract.
