LAS COLONIAS WELL. No Water Rights Owning Party shall protest any EPWSD application to replace, supplement, or deepen its Las Colonias Well with a well proposed to be located within one thousand (1,000) feet of the present well location. The Las Colonias Well shall, under no circumstances, be replaced or supplemented in a manner that would increase its surface water depletion effects on the Xxxxxx Seco or cause groundwater Impairment as simulated by the Settlement Model.
