Common use of Last Day of Employment Clause in Contracts

Last Day of Employment. The Executive acknowledges that [his]/[her] employment with Employer has been terminated and that the Executive’s last day of employment with Employer is [DATE]. Effective as of [DATE], Executive resigns from the Executive’s position as and will not be eligible for any benefits or compensation after [DATE], except as otherwise specifically provided under the Change of Control Agreement between the Employer and Executive dated <<dated>>. (the “Change of Control Agreement”) or under the terms of any other employee benefit plan maintained by the Employer. The Executive further acknowledges and agrees that, after [DATE], the Executive will not represent the Executive as being a director, employee, officer, trustee, agent or representative of Employer for any purpose.
