Common use of LAST RESORT EVENT Clause in Contracts

LAST RESORT EVENT. If we are no longer entitled under the Electricity Act to provide customer retail services to you due to a last resort event occurring in relation to us, we are required by the electricity legislation to provide your name, billing address and NMI to the electricity entity appointed as the retail entity of last resort under the Electricity Act and this contract will come to an end.
