Borrower agrees (aa) that an amount equal to such late charge plus the accrual of interest at the Default Rate pursuant to Section 5 below is a reasonable estimate of the damage to Lender in the event of an overdue payment and (bb) that the accrual of interest at the Default Rate following any other Event of Default is a reasonable estimate of the damage to Lender in the even! of such other Event of Default, regardless of whether there has been an acceleration of this Note.
