Common use of LATE ENROLLEE Clause in Contracts

LATE ENROLLEE. Any Eligible Person or Eligible Dependent waiving coverage or failing to enroll within 30 days of initial enrollment eligibility or any Covered Person who voluntarily terminates coverage and subsequently re-enrolls.
