Common use of Late Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Late Enrollment. If a child enrolls in the program following the start of the 2019-2020 school year, the program fee will be calculated according to the number of days remaining in the school year. Otherwise, the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement shall control.

Late Enrollment. If a child enrolls in the program following the start of the 20192021-2020 2022 school year, the program fee will be calculated according to the number of days remaining in the school year. Otherwise, the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement shall control.

Late Enrollment. If a child enrolls in the program following the start of the 20192023-2020 2024 school year, the program fee will be calculated according to the number of days remaining in the school year. Otherwise, the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement shall control.
