Common use of Late Hour Premium Clause in Contracts

Late Hour Premium. An employee who is not a shift worker and who completes his work day in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 25.11(b) shall receive a Late Hour Premium of seven dollars ($7) per hour for each hour worked before 7:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. The Late Hour Premium shall not apply to overtime hours.
