Common use of Laundry Services Clause in Contracts

Laundry Services. If Government establishes laundry services at the Incident, Contractor will be allowed to use the service at no cost. When Government does not establish laundry service, Contractor will be responsible for making laundry service arrangements for Crew Members and for all costs associated with those services.

Laundry Services. If Government establishes laundry services at the Incident, Contractor will be allowed to use the service at no cost. F 3.3.1 Government established laundry service. When a laundry vendor sets up laundry services in camp or picks up and delivers laundry in camp, personnel assigned to the Incident are not charged for the service provided. Laundry service provided for individual contracts or special resources, such as for inmates or kitchen crews, is NOT considered Government established laundry service.
