LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre and the court of jurisdiction for any dispute under this Agreement shall be the DIFC Court.

LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”). Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement, including its validity, interpretation and the court of jurisdiction for any dispute under this Agreement execution shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC CourtCourts.
