Common use of Law Firm Certification Clause in Contracts

Law Firm Certification. The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim and that the information and materials submitted hereunder shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to the provisions of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United States.

Law Firm Certification. The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim claim and that the information and materials submitted hereunder in connection with a claim filed through Trust On-line with the AWI Trust shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to comply in all respects with the provisions requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United StatesProcedure.

Law Firm Certification. The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim claim, and that the information and materials submitted hereunder in connection with a claim filed through Trust On-line with the Celotex Trust shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to comply in all respects with the provisions requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United StatesProcedure.

Law Firm Certification. The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim claim and that the information and materials submitted hereunder in connection with a claim filed through Trust On- Line with the B&W Trust shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to comply in all respects with the provisions requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United StatesProcedure.

The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim claim and that the information and materials submitted hereunder in connection with a claim filed through Trust Online with the Flintkote Trust shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to comply in all respects with the provisions requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United StatesProcedure.

The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim claim and that the information and materials submitted hereunder in connection with a claim filed through Trust On-line with the WRG Trust shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to comply in all respects with the provisions requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United StatesProcedure.

Law Firm Certification. The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim claim, and that the information and materials submitted hereunder in connection with a claim filed through MFR Online with the Maremont Trust shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to comply in all respects with the provisions requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United States.

Law Firm Certification. The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim claim and that the information and materials submitted hereunder in connection with a claim filed through Trust On-line with the PCC Trust shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to comply in all respects with the provisions requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United StatesProcedure.

Law Firm Certification. The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim claim, and that the information and materials submitted hereunder in connection with a claim filed through MFR Online with the Sepco Trust shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to comply in all respects with the provisions requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United States.

Law Firm Certification. The Law Firm hereby represents, warrants and in connection certifies with respect to each Claim the submission of any Claim shall certify, Law Firm submits that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim and that the information and materials submitted hereunder to MFR shall conform to the terms of this Agreement and shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to to, and comply in all respects with, the provisions of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United States.

Law Firm Certification. The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim claim, and that the information and materials submitted hereunder in connection with a claim filed through Verus Online with the Xxxxxxx Trust shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to comply in all respects with the provisions requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United StatesProcedure.

Law Firm Certification. The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim claim, and that the information and materials submitted hereunder in connection with a claim filed through MFR Online with the APG Trust shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to comply in all respects with the provisions requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United StatesProcedure.

Law Firm Certification. The Law Firm hereby represents, and in connection with the submission of any Claim claim shall certify, that it is authorized by the Claimant to submit a Claim claim, and that the information and materials submitted hereunder in connection with a claim filed through Verus Online with the Yarway Trust shall be submitted pursuant to and subject to comply in all respects with the provisions requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as if the submissions were a paper presented to a court of the United StatesProcedure.
