Law Governing Contract and Jurisdiction. This Contract, its meaning and interpretation, and the relation between the Parties shall be governed by the Applicable Law. The jurisdiction over matters arising out of or relating to this Contract shall lie at Hyderabadexclusively under the High Court of judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh. It is subject to the further orders of the respective governments.
