LAW, JURISDICTION, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. 34.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 34.2 If any dispute or problem ("Dispute") arises in relation to this Agreement, the provisions of Schedule 10 shall apply in relation to the resolution of such Dispute.
