In the event that the Product detects such an unauthorized third party program, information may be communicated back to UBISOFT, including the name of your Account, your internet protocol (IP) address, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date that the unauthorized third party program was detected, along with the hardware specifications and performance characteristics of Your hardware, with or without additional notice to You. If the Product detects the use of an unauthorized third party program, this License and Your access to the Product may be terminated with or without additional notice to You. However, please note that UBISOFT is not responsible for and does not endorse the opinions, advice and/or recommendations displayed or sent by You in the Product, including in game chats. Such communications are the sole responsibility of the user in question.

IN ADDITION, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED HI-REZ SERVICES MAY MONITOR EACH OF YOUR HARDWARE DEVICE'S RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM) FOR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS RUNNING CONCURRENTLY WITH THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. AN “UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM” AS USED HEREIN SHALL BE DEFINED AS ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE PROHIBITED BY SECTION 4. IN THE EVENT THAT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND/OR ANY RELATED HI-REZ SERVICES DETECTS AN UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR APPLICABLE HI-REZ SERVICES MAY COMMUNICATE INFORMATION BACK TO HI-REZ, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOUR ACCOUNT NAME, DETAILS ABOUT THE UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM DETECTED, THE TIME AND DATE, AND ANY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION; AND HI-REZ MAY EXERCISE ANY OR ALL OF ITS RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR RIGHT TO CONTINUE TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. DURING ITS OPERATION, THE GAME MAY MONITOR YOUR COMPUTER’S RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM) FOR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS RUNNING CONCURRENTLY WITH THE GAME. AN “UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM” AS USED HEREIN SHALL BE DEFINED AS ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY “ADDON”, “MOD”, “HACK”, “TRAINER”, OR “CHEAT” THAT IN MYTHIC’S SOLE DETERMINATION: (I) ENABLES OR FACILITATES CHEATING OF ANY TYPE: (II) ALLOWS USERS TO MODIFY OR HACK THE GAME INTERFACE, ENVIRONMENT, AND /OR EXPERIENCE IN ANY WAY NOT EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY MYTHIC: OR (III) INTERCEPTS, “MINES”, OR OTHERWISE COLLECTS INFORMATION FROM OR THROUGH THE GAME. IN THE EVENT THAT THE GAME DETECTS AN UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM, THE GAME MAY (A) COMMUNICATE INFORMATION BACK TO MYTHIC, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR ACCOUNT NAME, DETAILS ABOUT THE UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM DETECTED, AND THE TIME AND DATE THE UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM WAS DETECTED; AND /OR (B) MYTHIC MAY EXERCISE ANY OR ALL OF ITS RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO THE USER.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. A. Communications made using a Product should not be considered private. Trial Pro may monitor and/or record your communications (including without limitation chat text) when you are using a Product, and you hereby provide your irrevocable, express consent to such monitoring and recording. You acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation of privacy concerning the transmission of any UGC or communications, including without limitation chat text or voice communications. Because voice chat and other communications may be viewed and/or heard by other users, users should avoid revealing any personally identifiable information.
B. Additionally, Trial Pro may, with or without notice to you, disclose your Internet Protocol (IP) address(es), personal information, chat logs, and other information about you and your activities consistent with the Trial Pro Privacy Policy available at xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/privacy-policy.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. You acknowledge and agree that we may monitor game play to detect cheating and to enforce EA’s policies. This Software also includes anti cheat technology. WHEN YOU CONNECT ONLINE TO A STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT GAME SERVER THIS TECHNOLOGY WILL BE ACTIVATED and used to monitor your Star Wars Battlefront game files and your computer’s random access memory (RAM) to identify Unauthorized Third Party Programs running concurrently with the Game as well as any Star Wars Battlefront game file modifications enabling or facilitating cheating. AN “UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM” as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any “addon”, “mod”, “hack”, “trainer”, or “cheat” that in EA’s sole determination: (i) Enables or facilitates cheating of any type: (ii) Allows users to modify or hack the game interface, environment, and /or experience in any way not expressly authorized by EA: or (iii) Intercepts, “mines”, or otherwise collects information from or through the game. In the event that the game detects an unauthorized third party program: (a) The game may communicate information back to EA, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and /or (b) EA MAY exercise any or all of its rights under this agreement, with or without prior notice to you. When you disconnect from the game server the anti-cheat technology will be deactivated.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. When You are using the Platform, the Platform may monitor Your hardware random access memory (RAM) for unauthorized third party programs that interact with the Platform. In the event that the Platform detects such an unauthorized third party program, information may be communicated back to Company, including You account information, your internet protocol (IP) address, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date that the unauthorized third party program was detected, along with the hardware specifications and performance characteristics of Your hardware, with or without additional notice to You. If the Platform detects the use of an unauthorized third party program, this License and Your access to the Platform may be terminated with or without additional notice to You. However, please note that Company is not responsible for and does not endorse the opinions, advice and/or recommendations displayed or sent by You in the Platform. Such communications are the sole responsibility of the user.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. The Software may communicate information, residing on your device and related to the Software and Service, back to PointsZap Inc.. You give your consent for PointsZap Inc. to transfer and collect such information with or without prior notification or knowledge.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE XXXXXXXXXX.XXX Client and/or XXXXXXXXXX.XXX Software and/or GAME DETECTS AN UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM, (a) THE XXXXXXXXXX.XXX Client and/or XXXXXXXXXX.XXX Software and/or GAME MAY COMMUNICATE INFORMATION BACK TO TABLETOPIA, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR ACCOUNT NAME, DETAILS ABOUT THE UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM DETECTED, AND THE TIME AND DATE; AND/OR (B) TABLETOPIA MAY EXERCISE ANY OR ALL OF ITS RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU.
