CONSENT TO MONITOR. WHEN RUNNING, HI-REZ MAY MONITOR YOUR USE AND PLAY OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND COLLECT DATA REGARDING YOUR USE AND PLAY OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH HI-REZ’S PRIVACY POLICY, A CURRENT COPY OF WHICH MAY BE ACCESSED AT <xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal>. IN ADDITION, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED HI-REZ SERVICES MAY MONITOR EACH OF YOUR HARDWARE DEVICE'S RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM) FOR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS RUNNING CONCURRENTLY WITH THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. AN “UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM” AS USED HEREIN SHALL BE DEFINED AS ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE PROHIBITED BY SECTION 4. IN THE EVENT THAT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND/OR ANY RELATED HI-REZ SERVICES DETECTS AN UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR APPLICABLE HI-REZ SERVICES MAY COMMUNICATE INFORMATION BACK TO HI-REZ, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOUR ACCOUNT NAME, DETAILS ABOUT THE UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM DETECTED, THE TIME AND DATE, AND ANY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION; AND HI-REZ MAY EXERCISE ANY OR ALL OF ITS RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR RIGHT TO CONTINUE TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. When You are using the Product, the Product may monitor Your hardware random access memory (RAM) for unauthorized third party programs prohibited by Section 1 that interact with the Product. In the event that the Product detects such an unauthorized third party program, information may be communicated back to UBISOFT, including the name of your Account, your internet protocol (IP) address, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date that the unauthorized third party program was detected, along with the hardware specifications and performance characteristics of Your hardware, with or without additional notice to You. If the Product detects the use of an unauthorized third party program, this License and Your access to the Product may be terminated with or without additional notice to You. However, please note that UBISOFT is not responsible for and does not endorse the opinions, advice and/or recommendations displayed or sent by You in the Product, including in game chats. Such communications are the sole responsibility of the user in question.

AN “UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM” AS USED HEREIN SHALL BE DEFINED AS ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY “ADDON”, “MOD”, “HACK”, “TRAINER”, OR “CHEAT” THAT IN MYTHIC’S SOLE DETERMINATION: (I) ENABLES OR FACILITATES CHEATING OF ANY TYPE: (II) ALLOWS USERS TO MODIFY OR HACK THE GAME INTERFACE, ENVIRONMENT, AND /OR EXPERIENCE IN ANY WAY NOT EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY MYTHIC: OR (III) INTERCEPTS, “MINES”, OR OTHERWISE COLLECTS INFORMATION FROM OR THROUGH THE GAME. IN THE EVENT THAT THE GAME DETECTS AN UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM, THE GAME MAY (A) COMMUNICATE INFORMATION BACK TO MYTHIC, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR ACCOUNT NAME, DETAILS ABOUT THE UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM DETECTED, AND THE TIME AND DATE THE UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM WAS DETECTED; AND /OR (B) MYTHIC MAY EXERCISE ANY OR ALL OF ITS RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO THE USER.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. You acknowledge and agree that we may monitor game play to detect cheating and to enforce EA’s policies. This Software also includes anti cheat technology. WHEN YOU CONNECT ONLINE TO A STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT GAME SERVER THIS TECHNOLOGY WILL BE ACTIVATED and used to monitor your Star Wars Battlefront game files and your computer’s random access memory (RAM) to identify Unauthorized Third Party Programs running concurrently with the Game as well as any Star Wars Battlefront game file modifications enabling or facilitating cheating. AN “UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM” as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any “addon”, “mod”, “hack”, “trainer”, or “cheat” that in EA’s sole determination: (i) Enables or facilitates cheating of any type: (ii) Allows users to modify or hack the game interface, environment, and /or experience in any way not expressly authorized by EA: or (iii) Intercepts, “mines”, or otherwise collects information from or through the game. In the event that the game detects an unauthorized third party program: (a) The game may communicate information back to EA, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and /or (b) EA MAY exercise any or all of its rights under this agreement, with or without prior notice to you. When you disconnect from the game server the anti-cheat technology will be deactivated.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. You may opt to install Punkbuster Anti-Cheat technology by Even Balance, Inc. during the installation of this Software. IF INSTALLED, DURING ITS OPERATION, THIS TECHNOLOGY WILL monitor your computer’s random access memory (RAM) for unauthorized third party programs RUNNING CONCURRENTLY WITH THE GAME. AN “UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM” as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any “addon”, “mod”, “hack”, “trainer”, or “cheat” that in EA’s sole determination: (i) Enables or facilitates cheating of any type: (ii) Allows users to modify or hack the game interface, environment, and /or experience in any way not expressly authorized by EA: or (iii) Intercepts, “mines”, or otherwise collects information from or through the game. WHEN YOU CONNECT ONLINE TO A BATTLEFIELD 1 GAME SERVER THIS TECHNOLOGY WILL BE ACTIVATED and used to monitor your game play, your Battlefield 1 game files and your computer’s random access memory (RAM) to identify Unauthorized Third Party Programs running concurrently with the Game as well as any Battlefield 1 game file modifications enabling or facilitating cheating.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. The Software may communicate information, residing on your device and related to the Software and Service, back to 7 Segment LLC. You give your consent for 7 Segment LLC to transfer and collect such information with or without prior notification or knowledge.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. This Section applies only if you selected a System with video monitoring or recording capability. You consent and agree to Wave’s installation and operation of equipment that will monitor and record video on and around the Premises. You further consent and that agree that Wave will have access to video recorded on or transmitted from the Premises, and that Wave may view or listen to that video during installation of the System, when performing maintenance and/or during emergency situations (as determined by Wave). You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant Wave permission to monitor and record video on and around the Premises, and further represents and warrants that you have obtained, and will in the future obtain, permission from all individuals that enter upon the Premises to be recorded and monitored by video, as applicable.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. When the Application is running, TIMEPLAY may monitor your mobile device for any purpose including but not limited to (i) GPS Location (ii) type of device (iii) operating system running on device (iv) phone number and other personal data. You hereby grant TIMEPLAY permission to monitor your mobile device and to communicate same to TIMEPLAY.
CONSENT TO MONITOR. A. Communications made using a Product should not be considered private. Trial Boom may monitor and/or record your communications (including without limitation chat text) when you are using a Product, and you hereby provide your irrevocable, express consent to such monitoring and recording. You acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation of privacy concerning the transmission of any UGC or communications, including without limitation chat text or voice communications. Because voice chat and other communications may be viewed and/or heard by other users, users should avoid revealing any personally identifiable information.
