Law, Language and Measurements. 1.2.1 Applicable law to this Contract shall be the Indian Law. The respective rights, privileges, duties and obligations of the OWNER/PROJECT MANAGER and the Contractor under this Contract shall be governed and determined by the Laws of State , where the project is located and of the Republic of India.
