Common use of Law, Policy and Procedures, Licenses, and Certificates Clause in Contracts

Law, Policy and Procedures, Licenses, and Certificates. CONTRACTOR agrees to administer this Agreement in accordance with all applicable local, county, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations applicable to their operations. CONTRACTOR shall further comply with all laws including, but not limited to, those relevant to wages and hours or employment, occupational safety, fire safety, health, sanitation standards and directives, guidelines, and manuals related to this Agreement. All issues shall be resolved using reasonable administrative practices and judgment. CONTRACTOR shall keep in effect all licenses, permits, notices, and certificates required by law and by this Agreement.
