Lawful Presence in the United States. Arizona Revised Statutes §1-502 requires that all Persons who will be awarded a contract (a Public Benefit as defined in 8 USC Section 1621) must demonstrate they are lawfully present in the United States. Person is defined as a Natural person and therefore excludes Limited Liability Companies, Corporations or Partnerships as indicated on your W-9 form. Individuals or Sole Proprietorships must complete the affidavit in the “Vendor Information” section of this solicitation. Offers that fail to provide a completed affidavit and any required attachments may be deemed non-responsive.
