Lawful Purpose and Use. Licensee’s Broadband Facilities must at all times serve a lawful purpose, and the use of such facilities must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local Laws. The use of Attachments for any illegal or unauthorized purpose will constitute a breach of this Agreement.
