Laws and Regulatory Bodies. This CO&M Agreement and the obligations of the Parties hereunder are subject to all applicable laws, rules, orders and regulations of Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction, and to the extent of conflict, such laws, rules, orders and regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction shall control.
