Laws Enacted by the Legislature. The Board agrees to negotiate with the Association the impact upon working conditions of any pertinent law enacted by the Florida Legislature as such laws are implemented. A pertinent law shall be defined as any law that has an effect upon the wages, terms and/or conditions of employment.
