Laws of British Columbia. 14.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws British Columbia. The Recipient will comply with all applicable laws relating to the Project and will obtain and comply with all permits or other governmental authorizations required to permit the Recipient to carry out the Project. 14.2 All Recipient Material, information and reports provided to HCTF may be subject to disclosure in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (British Columbia).
