LAWS OF OWN COUNTRY. The Customer shall be aware of the laws in its country of nationality, residence, incorporation or registration (as the case may be) with regard to its relationship with the Bank in Hong Kong or in any other jurisdictions and the Bank shall not be liable for any Losses imposed on the Customer as a result of, arising from or in connection with its non-compliance with any regulations, laws or legal process of its country of nationality, residence, incorporation, registration, or otherwise applicable to the Customer.
