Common use of Laws & Regulations Clause in Contracts

Laws & Regulations. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall with respect to its occupancy and use of the Premises, and otherwise, promptly comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, permits, and governmental rules, regulations, directions or requirements now or hereafter in effect; with the requirements of any board of fire underwriters or other similar body now or hereafter constituted; with any occupancy certificate, direction or permit issued pursuant to law by any public officer, and with all requirements of any insurance organization or company pertaining to the Premises and necessary for the issuance or maintenance of reasonable insurance coverage as provided for herein.
