Laws/Safety Standards. The Engineer shall comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, safety standards and licensing requirements that are applicable to the conduct of its business, including those of Federal, State, and local agencies having jurisdiction and/or authority. Engineer must comply with North Carolina Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry 13 NCAC 07F (29CFR 1910). In addition, Engineer shall comply with all applicable occupational health and safety and environmental rules and regulations. Engineer shall effectively manage their safety and health responsibilities including:
