Common use of Laws Clause in Contracts

Laws. “Laws” means, with respect to any Person, any U.S. or non-U.S. federal, national, state, provincial, local, municipal, international, multinational or other law (including common law), constitution, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation or treaty applicable to such Person.

Laws. “Laws” means, with respect to means any Person, any U.S. or non-U.S. federal, national, state, provincial, local, municipal, international, multinational local or other law (including common law)or governmental requirement of any kind, constitutionand the rules, statuteregulations and orders promulgated thereunder, code, ordinance, rule, regulation or treaty applicable to such Personall of the foregoing as in effect on the date hereof.

Laws. “Laws” means, with respect to any Person, any U.S. or non-U.S. means all federal, national, state, provinciallocal and tribal civil and criminal laws, localstatutes, municipalregulations, internationalrules, multinational ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or other law (including common law), constitution, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation judicial or treaty applicable to such Personadministrative orders.

Laws. “Laws” meansmeans any applicable governmental laws, with respect to statutes, ordinances, resolutions, rules, codes, regulations, orders or determinations of any Person, any U.S. or non-U.S. federal, national, state, provincialcounty, local, municipal, international, multinational municipal or other law (including common law)government or governmental or quasi-governmental agency, constitutiondepartment, statutecommission, codeboard, ordinancebureau, ruleofficer or instrumentality, regulation or treaty applicable relating to such Persona party, its partners, assets, rights and obligations.

Laws. “Laws” meansmeans any and all constitutions, with respect to any Personstatutes, any U.S. ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, rulings or non-U.S. federaldecrees of the United States, national, or of the state, provincialcounty, localcity, municipalother municipality, internationalpolitical subdivision, multinational or governmental or quasi-governmental authority having jurisdiction or otherwise operating where the Properties are located, or any agency, division, district, court or other law (including common law), constitution, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation or treaty applicable to such Personauthority thereof.

Laws. “Laws” meansmeans any and all statutes, with respect to any Personconstitutions, any U.S. or non-U.S. federalordinances, nationalresolutions, stateregulations, provincialjudicial decisions, localrules, municipaltariffs, internationaladministrative orders, multinational certificates, orders, or other law (including common law), constitution, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation requirements of the City or treaty applicable other governmental agency having joint or several jurisdiction over the parties to such Personthis Agreement.

Laws. “Laws” meansshall mean any national, with respect to any Person, any U.S. or non-U.S. federal, national, state, provincial, local, municipal, international, multinational local or other law (including common law)or governmental requirement of any kind, constitutionand the rules, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation or treaty applicable to such Personregulations and orders promulgated thereunder.

Laws. “The term "Laws” means" shall mean all statutes, with respect to any Personlaws, ordinances, regulations, orders, writs, injunctions or decrees of the United States, any U.S. state or non-U.S. federalcommonwealth, nationalany municipality, stateany foreign country, provincialany territorial possession, local, municipal, international, multinational or other law (including common law), constitution, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation or treaty applicable to such Personany Tribunal.

Laws. “Laws” means, with respect to any Personcollectively, any U.S. or non-U.S. all federal, nationalstate and local laws, statestatutes, provincialcodes, localordinances, municipalorders, internationalrules and regulations, multinational including judicial opinions or other law (including common law)presidential authority in the applicable jurisdiction, constitutionnow or hereafter in effect, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation and in each case as amended or treaty applicable supplemented from time to such Persontime.

Laws. “Laws” meansmeans any and all statutes, with respect to any Personconstitutions, any U.S. or non-U.S. federalordinances, nationalresolutions, stateregulations, provincialjudicial decisions, localrules, municipaltariffs, internationaladministrative orders, multinational certificates, orders, or other law (including common law), constitution, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation requirements of the Local Government or treaty applicable other governmental agency having joint or several jurisdiction over the parties to such Personthis Use Agreement.

Laws. “Laws” means, with respect to any Person, any U.S. or non-U.S. federal, national, state, provincial, local, municipal, international, multinational or other law (including common law), constitution, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation or treaty applicable to such Person, including without limitation the Controlled Substances Act and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act.

Laws. “Laws” means, with respect to any Person, any U.S. or non-U.S. federal, nationalmeans all Federal, state, provinciallocal and tribal civil and criminal laws, localregulations, municipalrules, internationalordinances, multinational codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or other law (including common law), constitution, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation judicial or treaty applicable to such Personadministrative orders.

Laws. “The term "Laws” means" or "Law" shall mean all local, with respect to any Personregional, any U.S. or non-U.S. federalmunicipal, nationalcounty, state, provincialand federal statutes, localregulations, municipalordinances, internationalorders, multinational judgments, codes, rules or other law (including common law), constitution, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation or treaty laws applicable to such Personor affecting the ownership, operation or use of the Property or any portion thereof (including, without limitation, health, safety, building, fire safety, liquor, subdivision, environmental, and zoning laws).

Laws. “Laws” " means, with respect to any Person, any U.S. or non-U.S. federal, national, state, provincial, local, municipal, international, multinational multinational, or other law (including common law), constitution, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation regulation, or treaty applicable to such Person.

Laws. “Laws” means, with respect to any Person, any U.S. or non-U.S. means all federal, nationalstate and local laws, stateordinances, provincialbuilding codes and standards, localrules and regulations, municipalall court orders, internationalgovernmental directives, multinational or other law (including common law)and governmental orders and all interpretations of the foregoing, constitutionand all restrictive covenants affecting the Property, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation or treaty applicable to such Personand “Law” means any of the foregoing.

Laws. “Laws” meansmeans any and all applicable statutes, with respect to any Personconstitutions, any U.S. or non-U.S. federalordinances, nationalresolutions, stateregulations, provincialjudicial decisions, localrules, municipaltariffs, internationaladministrative orders, multinational certificates, orders, policies, or other law (including common law), constitution, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation requirements of the Grantor or treaty applicable other governmental state or federal agency having joint or several jurisdiction over the Parties as such laws may be amended from time to such Persontime.
