Common use of LCN INCENTIVE CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

LCN INCENTIVE CONDITIONS. 1. In the event the IPTVO makes available the Channels comprised in the TELUGU Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the IPTVO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.

LCN INCENTIVE CONDITIONS. 1. In the event the IPTVO makes available the Channels comprised in the TELUGU KANNADA Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the IPTVO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.

LCN INCENTIVE CONDITIONS. 1. In the event the IPTVO makes available the Channels comprised in the TELUGU NATIONAL Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the IPTVO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.
