Common use of LCN INCENTIVE CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

LCN INCENTIVE CONDITIONS. 1. In the event the HITSO makes available the Channels comprised in the TAMIL Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the HITSO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.

LCN INCENTIVE CONDITIONS. 1. In the event the HITSO makes available the Channels comprised in the TAMIL KANNADA Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the HITSO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.

LCN INCENTIVE CONDITIONS. 1. In the event the HITSO makes available the Channels comprised in the TAMIL BENGALI Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the HITSO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.

LCN INCENTIVE CONDITIONS. 1. In the event the HITSO makes available the Channels comprised in the TAMIL NATIONAL Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the HITSO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.

LCN INCENTIVE CONDITIONS. 1. In the event the HITSO makes available the Channels comprised in the TAMIL TELUGU Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the HITSO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.
