LCN INCENTIVE CONDITIONS. In the event the DTHO makes available the Channels comprised in the MALAYALAM Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the DTHO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.
