Common use of Lead Commissioner Clause in Contracts

Lead Commissioner. 29.1 The Lead Commissioner shall be NHS Swale CCG. In the event that the Lead Commissioner withdraws from the Joint Committee or withdraws from the role of Lead Commissioner, the remaining Member CCGs will agree a successor Lead Commissioner from between them. Any clause, responsibility or liability quoted in this Agreement or the Terms of Reference, or any associated Schedule or Appendix pertaining to the Lead Commissioner, shall then transfer to the successor Lead Commissioner.
