LEAD ELIGIBLE ENTITY FEE OWNERSHIP OF PARCEL. NRCS will determine whether LEAD ELIGIBLE ENTITY ownership of the Parcel meets the requirements as set forth in paragraphs 2(E) and 4(A)(3) and enter date of such ownership below or will notify LEAD ELIGIBLE ENTITY that this Parcel Contract has terminated. Initial One Selection As of the date of execution of this Parcel Contract, LEAD ELIGIBLE ENTITY: Recording date of instrument vesting ownership of the Parcel in LEAD ELIGIBLE ENTITY Holds fee title ownership of the Parcel. (Date to be Entered by NRCS) Is acquiring fee title ownership of the Parcel.

  • Ownership of Results Any interest of Contractor or its subcontractors, in the Deliverables, including any drawings, plans, specifications, blueprints, studies, reports, memoranda, computation sheets, computer files and media or other documents prepared by Contractor or its subcontractors for the purposes of this Agreement, shall become the property of and will be transmitted to City. However, unless expressly prohibited elsewhere in this Agreement, Contractor may retain and use copies for reference and as documentation of its experience and capabilities.

  • Automatic Renewal Limitation for TIPS Sales No TIPS Sale may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an “Automatic Renewal” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
