Lead Limits. Upon execution of this Agreement, ILI shall not purchase, import, Manufacture, or supply to an unaffiliated third party any Covered Product that will be sold or offered for sale to California consumers that exceeds the following Lead Limits:
3.2.1 Paint or other Surface Coatings on Accessible Components: 90 parts per million (“ppm”).
3.2.2 Polyvinyl chloride (“PVC”) Accessible Components: 200 ppm.
3.2.3 All other materials or components (other than cubic zirconia (sometimes called cubic zirconium, CZ), crystal, glass or rhinestones: 300 ppm.
Lead Limits. Upon execution of this Agreement, Triple 7 shall not purchase, import, Manufacture, or supply to an unaffiliated third party any Covered Product that will be sold or offered for sale to California consumers that exceeds the following Lead Limits:

3.2.2. Polyvinyl chloride (“PVC”) Accessible Components: 200 ppm.
Lead Limits. Upon execution of this Agreement, The Timing, Inc. shall not purchase, import, Manufacture, or supply to an unaffiliated third party any Covered Product that will be sold or offered for sale to California consumers that exceeds the following Lead Limits:
3.2.1. Paint or other Surface Coatings on Accessible Components: 90 parts per million (“ppm”).
3.2.2. Polyvinyl chloride (“PVC”) Accessible Components: 200 ppm.
Lead Limits. Upon execution of this Agreement, Tomdan shall not purchase, import, Manufacture, supply, sell or offer for sale any Covered Product that will be sold or offered for sale to California consumers that exceeds the following Lead Limits:

3.2.2. Polyvinyl chloride (“PVC”) Accessible Components: 200 ppm.

3.2.2 Polyvinyl chloride (“PVC”) Accessible Components: 200 ppm.
3.2.3 All other Accessible Components other than cubic zirconia (sometimes called cubic zirconium, CZ), crystal, glass or rhinestones: 300 ppm.
3.2.4 The Lead limits set forth in this Section 3.2 do not apply to Covered Products that Del Cesca put in the stream of commerce prior to the date of execution of this Agreement.

3.2.2. Polyvinyl chloride (“PVC”) Accessible Components: 200 ppm.

3.2.2. Polyvinyl chloride (“PVC”) Accessible Components: 200 ppm.
Lead Limits. Upon execution of this Agreement, Shiraleah shall not purchase, import, Manufacture, or supply to an unaffiliated third party any Covered Product that will be sold or offered for sale to California consumers that exceeds the following Lead Limits:
3.2.1. Paint or other Surface Coatings on Accessible Components: 90 parts per million (“ppm”).
3.2.2. Polyvinyl chloride (“PVC”) Accessible Components: 200 ppm.
Lead Limits. Upon execution of this Agreement, Sincerely Nuts shall not purchase, manufacture, ship, sell or offer for sale in California any Covered Products that contain a concentration of more than forty (40) parts per billion (“ppb”) Lead by weight, such concentration to be determined by use of a test performed by an accredited laboratory using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) equipment with a level of detection of at least ten (10) ppb that meets standard laboratory QA/QC requirements.
