LEADPERSONS. Lead persons will be selected and specifically assigned as needed by the Employer. It is intended that Lead persons shall be working Lead persons and shall perform regular work assignments as well as having the responsibility for, and limited to, providing guidance, direction and instruction to his/her assigned group for which she/he shall be paid $1.50 (one dollar and fifty cents) above the contract base rate of the highest classification led.
